LOCATION 480 W. MITCHELL ST. THIS NEW LOCATION IS NEAR THE HOSPITAL AND RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO LATITUDE 45 BIKE SHOP.  IT IS THE WHOLE TOP FLOOR ABOVE H&R BLOCK.  THE ENTIRE FLOOR IS PRETTY MUCH WINDOWS. THEY BRING IN SO MUCH LIGHT, IT IS LIKE BEING OUTSIDE AND THE VIEWS OF THE BAY ARE INCREDIBLE.  BEING ON THE TOP FLOOR MAKES IT PRIVATE FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE.  THE STUDIO IS VERY WELCOMING WITH SEPARATE SITTING AND CARDIO SPACE FROM THE TRAINING AREAS.  GROUP CLASSES ARE IN ONE SPACE AND PRIVATES AND DUETS IN ANOTHER!  WE HOPE YOU WILL COME AND ENJOY THIS GREAT SPACE.  WE ARE SO EXCITED ABOUT IT AND LOOK FORWARD TO TRAINING YOU IN SUCH A WONDERFUL NEW STUDIO! Certified Pilates Instructor Alicia McCarthy welcomes you to Pilates Form, our hope is this site will guide you with all the information you will need to become apart of our Pilates family.

    PILATES FORM IS A STUDIO CERTIFIED IN HOLE IN ONE PILATES FOR GOLF.   THIS GOLF CONDITIONING PROGRAM STARTS WITH THE GOLFERS (CLIENTS) ADDRESS AND ASSESS IT,  WHICH  WILL  BEGIN THE TRAINING PROGRAM TO FIT EACH INDIVIDUAL GOLFER.  THIS PROGRAM WILL CREATE A GOLFERS BODY TO PROPERLY ROTATE WITH  FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE,  ALONG WITH STRENGTHENING THE WHOLE BODY  FOCUSING AROUND THE CORE.   THIS WILL RESULT IN LONGER, STRAIGHTER, MORE CONSISTENT DRIVES WITH LESS PAIN AND INJURY!
